Weekly Plan "Wingman Weekly"

• 4 hours of marketing, design, or administrative support

• 1-hour strategy / check-in call

Monthly Retainer Plans

• The Sidekick – 15 hours/month + 2-hours of Team Calls — $1,000/month

• The Go-To – 30 hours/month + 4-hours of Team Calls — $1,750/month

• The Business Bestie – 50 hours/month + 6-hours of Team Calls

  ---Includes custom graphic design services, web creation plus updates, and branding support — $2,500/month

HOW IT WORKS

Step 1: Start with a Consultation

• We begin with a consultation to understand your business, your goals, and what level of support you need. If ongoing support makes sense, we’ll recommend the best retainer level for you. If not, we’ll point you to our project-based services instead.

Step 2: Choose Your Plan & Start Date

• You’ll choose your support level (Weekly, Sidekick, Go-To, or Business Bestie), and we’ll confirm your package, monthly hours, and official start date.

Step 3: Get Invoiced & Secure Your Spot

• You’ll receive an invoice for your retainer.

• Your retainer officially begins once payment is received. No work is started before payment.

• Retainers are billed in advance and auto-billed each cycle until canceled according to the agreement.

Step 4: Submit Requests & We Get to Work

• Once active, you can begin submitting your requests (design, content, updates, marketing tasks, etc.). Time is tracked and deducted from your monthly hour bank as work is completed.

IMPORTANT DETAILS

• Commitment Terms:

  • Weekly & Sidekick Starter: Pay-as-you-go

  • Go-To Plus & Business Bestie: 2-month minimum commitment

• Monthly Hours:

  • Each retainer includes a set number of hours

  • Additional hours are billed at $75/hour

• Unused Hours:

  • Up to 5 hours can roll over to the next month

  • Any hours beyond that expire

• Billing:

  • Retainers are paid at the start of each billing period

  • Any overages are billed separately at month-end

• Priority Support:

  • Retainer clients receive priority scheduling over project-based clients
